If you have read ‘Stones in my Bra’ or ‘Spoons on my Feet’, you will know that the narrator tries out lots of alternative practices. One of the more mainstream ones is meditation.
The Dalai Lama says ‘We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.’ So spending some quiet time each day is always beneficial.
This doesn’t mean you have to spend hours with your eyes closed, chanting ‘Ohm’!
